Chicago Restaurant Week, organized by Choose Chicago and in its 7th year, is designed to promote the restaurant industry in the area especially during the slow months of winter. Despite it’s name, Restaurant Week actually takes place over 13 days in which diners can enjoy lunch and dinner options at various locations both in the city and the suburbs.
Participants in Chicago Restaurant Week will have the opportunity to try food from over 280 restaurants with special menu pricing for the event. The event features Prixe-fixe menus beginning at $22 for lunch and going to $33-$44 for dinner.
Some of the top picks for the event will be restaurants such as Trencherman, Rick Bayless’ Topolobampo, BellyQ and Mexique. Many of the restaurants will also feature vegetarian options. Make sure to make your reservations if you’ll be in the area to participate in this delicious and enjoyable event in the city!
