Go Ice Skating in Santa Monica!
You can’t have it both ways. You can’t enjoy the beautiful snow covered trees, snowmen and everything else nice that comes with winter without enduring months of cold weather. Or can you? While you may not be able to enjoy all the delights of winter while staying warm, you can still go ice skating!
ICE at Santa Monica
Every holiday season the corner of 5th street and Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica is transformed into an 8,000 square foot ice skating rink. The venue will be up from November 1st through January 19th and will be open 7 days a week at various times. Besides just skating, ICE offers party reservations, lessons and even a junior hockey clinic.
Throw a party you’ll never forget
Need a new and interesting way to have a party? You can reserve ICE for parties of 15-300 people. The standard time for parties is two hours, contact ICE if you need special arrangements.
Learn to skate!
Never skated before, want to become a better ice skater or get your child involved with ice skating? The Randy Gardner School of Skating will be giving lessons at ICE throughout the season.
Three types of lessons will be offered, beginner, advanced and private. Beginner and advanced lessons are both $30 per lesson and are offered Saturday and Sunday mornings. Private lessons are taught by a single instructor and cost $45 for 1 skater or $60 for 2 skaters.
Think your child the next Sidney Crosby or Jonathan Quick? Enroll your 5 to 14 year old in ICE’s beginner hockey clinic, taught by LA Kings’ Staff members! The clinics are $25 per session and include necessary equipment. Clincis will be held December 28th and Jaunary 4, 11, and 18th. From 9am to 10am. Reserve your spot online today!
