Boo at the L.A. Zoo

The L.A. Zoo is full of spooktacular, family-friendly events during the month of October. Each day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests have the opportunity to go on a spooky stroll where you’ll discover Halloween games, a mini pumpkin patch and photo opportunities. Kids can get up-close-and-personal with creepy critters at the daily Animals & Boo session from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Or attend the special Halloween edition of the zoo’s popular World of Birds Show each day (except Tuesday) at 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. On weekends, there are even more festivities, like the Monster Menagerie Puppet Show and Spooktacular Science Show. Watch expert pumpkin carving demonstrations from Gene Granata, or witness seasonal treat feedings to the animals. On October 20, 21, 27 and 28, kids can trick-or-treat around the Zoo, with treats and bags provided by 99 Cents Only stores. All October event details can be found here.
