Born in Philadelphia, Amos Lee has recorded five studio albums and opened for names such as Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, Paul Simon, Merle Haggard, Dave Matthew Bands, Jack Johnson and the Avett Brothers to name a few. Lee’s musical style combines folk, rock and jazz into one melodic sound. In 2011, his album Mission Bell reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
His latest album, Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, was released in October 2013 and features guest appearances by Alison Krauss, Patty Griffin and Jeff Coffin of the Dave Matthews Band.

This Philadelphian native graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in English and after a brief career as a teacher and bartender, decided to pursue his passion in music. In 2003, he signed with Blue Note Records and started touring with singer Norah Jones. Amos Lee is known for his realistic and organic songwriting style and has received positive media attention from The New York Times to Rolling Stone Magazine.
Amos Lee will be sharing the stage with singer-songwriter Langhorne Slim. Slim has garnered attention from media outlets such as Conan O’Brien and Rolling Stone Magazine and his music has been featured in various commercials and movies. Longhorne Slim’s latest album with his band The Law, The Way We Move, reached No. 5 on the Best New Artist Charts along with reaching the No. 1 spot on Amazon.com’s singer-songwriter category.
For each ticket bought, $1 will be donated to Musicians On Call, a non-profit organization that provides live and recorded music to patients in hospitals to help aid in their recovery.
