Baseball at Wrigley Field

This April 6-7, Baconfest Chicago is back at the UIC Forum! Each year, hundreds of chefs come together during Baconfest to provide a wide variety of bacon-themed bites. A dinner session is offered on Friday, April 6 and both a lunch and dinner session are offered on Saturday, April 7. At Baconfest, expect everything from bacon cocktails to bacon krispie treats. Lincoln Park Zoo
In spring, you’ll find family-fun activities and adult-only events at Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo. The Chicago Wine Fest will be at the zoo on April 14 with wine tastings, food and live performances. In celebration of Lincoln Park Zoo’s 150th anniversary, the zoo will be hosting an upscale cocktail/party event on May 12 called, “Zoo-ologie 2018: Walk on the Wild Side.” Other upcoming spring events include a Mother’s Day Brunch on May 13 and a Food Truck Social on May 19.
